14-year-old seriously hurt while riding e-bike in Nassau County

According to police, an arrest has been made after a man was beat and killed inside his Greenport apartment.

Police say 46-year-old Hraklis Morris is now facing second degree murder charges.

As News 12 reported, 48-year-old Modesto Salguero-Guillen was found seriously injured at the Lakeside Garden Apartments on June 30.

He died three days later at the hospital.

Police say the cause of death was blunt force trauma.

Morris, of Mastic Beach, will face a judge.
