Shots rang out in Elmont early Friday, police say.
They say ShotSpotter alerted them to activity on Baylis Avenue near Parkway Driver at around 4 a.m.
A witness said he heard five gunshots in total.
No injuries were reported but four shell casings were found in the road.
Anyone with any information is asked to call police.
