Police say officers Joseph Lacey, Brendan Nappi and Jonathan Verity helped a Mastic Beach woman deliver her daughter.

Police say officers Joseph Lacey, Brendan Nappi and Jonathan Verity helped a Mastic Beach woman deliver her daughter.
Officer Verity just graduated from the academy on Friday.
The birth happened on the shoulder of Sunrise Highway near the William Floyd Parkway.
Mom and baby are both happy and healthy.
