7h agoA 78-year-old woman was run over after falling Friday in North New Hyde Park, according to police.
Detectives say it happened around 2:45 p.m. in the Cumberland Farms parking lot on New Hyde Park Road.
She was then hospitalized and pronounced dead.
Police say the driver stayed at the scene.
