Police are seeking a suspect following a stabbing in Port Jefferson Station Wednesday.

They say it happened around 11:30 a.m. behind a building on Route 112.

News 12 is told a 50-year-old homeless man, who lives behind the building, was the victim.

He was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
