Police are searching for a man they say struck a bicyclist and fled in Farmingville.
According to police, a man was riding his bike westbound on the sidewalk of Portion Road on Aug. 1 at 7:25 p.m. when he was struck by a black SUV.
Police say the SUV was driven by a man exiting the parking lot of a gas station located on Portion Road.
The driver fled the scene.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
