Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a passenger who attacked a man driving another car at Cedar Beach in Mount Sinai.

Detectives say a passenger got out of a black Hyundai Genesis and repeatedly punched the driver of another car in May.

It happened at Cedar Beach on Harbor Beach Road in Mount Sinai.

Police say the attacker is a white man, in his late 30s to early 40s, around 6 feet tall, with thinning hair and tattoos on his arms.
