Police say a rideshare driver was assaulted and had his car stolen at gunpoint in Wading River.

Police say a rideshare driver was assaulted and had his car stolen at gunpoint in Wading River.
Officers say it happened around 2 a.m. Wednesday on East Woodland Drive.
They say three suspects beat the driver then forcefully removed him from the vehicle.
All three suspects fled the scene.
