Investigators have returned to the home of suspected serial killer Rex Heuermann for a second day.
Police were seen removing several boxes from the home, as well as items from the back of the home.
The search comes about 10 months after Heuermann was arrested and about one month after law enforcement was seen looking though a wooded area in Manorville.
It is not clear if the search is connected to the four women Heuermann is charged with murdering or if it has to do with other victims.
According to sources, Heuermann’s estranged wife and son were not home and are vacationing in South Carolina.
However, his daughter was at the house when police executed the search warrant.
Heuermann is due back in court on June 18.
