A Queens woman is accused of beating a 71-year-old patient at a rehab center on Long Island.
Police say the man, who suffers from a cognitive disorder, was found bruised last week at Esplanade of Woodmere.
Police say his guardian was told he fell out of bed. The guardian then put a camera in his room.
Lisa Napier was found punching the man in the face and shaking him multiple times, according to police.
Napier was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of an incompetent disabled person.
