The incident happened around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers say Jason Goins, 46, was crossing Crooked Hill Road at the Sagtikos Parkway when he was hit by a Honda.
Goins died at the scene.
The driver was not hurt and is not facing charges at this time.
