6h agoPolice say a pedestrian is in critical condition following a crash in Coram.
The crash happened just before 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say the car was heading east on Middle Country Road just past Route 112 when it hit a man who was in the road.
The victim is in critical condition at Stony Brook University Hospital.
The driver of the car was not injured.
