Police say an overdose victim was found in a basement following an underage party bust in Port Jefferson.
Police were called to High Street in Port Jefferson around 1:30 a.m. Sunday after complaints of a loud party.
Officials say it was a frat party with more than 100 people, many of them underage.
The chief of the Port Jefferson Village Constables says a man overdosed on opiates in the basement. He was saved using Narcan.
The host of the party, Robert Egan, 22, of Bay Shore, was arrested under the social host law and has since been released on bail.
Egan is due back in court in January.
