Police arrested a North Lawrence man who allegedly burglarized a home and forcibly touched a little girl.
Norbin Mayorga, 30, is accused of breaking into a Lawrence Avenue home around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Detectives say he then forcibly touched a girl and threatened her with a knife when she began screaming.
Police say he fled the scene and was arrested at his home shortly after.
Mayorga will be arraigned Thursday.
