2h agoPolice say a man riding a motorcycle was killed in a crash in Hempstead Friday.
Officers say a 27-year-old man was riding his motorcycle southwest on Peninsula Boulevard Friday afternoon when he collided with a Toyota Camry traveling northeast near Madison Avenue.
The motorcyclist was taken to a nearby hospital for serious injuries, where he was later pronounced dead.
The 39-year-old Toyota driver remained at the scene and was not injured.
