Police: Motorcyclist hit, killed in Centereach

Police say there has been a deadly motorcycle accident in Centereach.
The accident happened on North Washington Avenue and Gould Road.
Police say John Greehy, 27, of Port Jefferson Station, riding a motorcycle east on Gould Road when he ran a stop sign. Greehy was hit by a Mini-Cooper.
Greehy died at the scene.
The driver of the car was treated for minor injuries.
