Police: Model of car known but driver still on the loose in fatal Hempstead hit-and-run

Police are still searching for the driver of an older model, dark blue Nissan Altima that was involved in a fatal hit-and-run in Hempstead earlier this month.
Police say Luis Iscoa, of Valley Stream, was riding an ATV when he was struck by a car at the intersection of Peninsula Boulevard and South Franklin Street.
Iscoa's family says there is no way the person driving the car didn't know what happened.
"That car knew they hit him head-on because the impact, the damages he had with him," says Laquana King, Iscoa's aunt. "You had to know that you hit somebody or something, you hit him head-on, you saw him."
The 31-year-old was about to become a father for the first time.
Police urge anyone with information to contact them. Detectives are still searching for any surveillance video that may have captured what happened at the busy intersection.
