A teen who was reported missing from Hempstead has been located.
As News 12 reported, police had said 17-year-old Nyahna Mathis was last seen leaving her home on Dec. 6.
Police announced Sunday afternoon that Mathis has been located.
Further details surrounding the circumstances were not released.
