A 22-year-old Mastic man is accused of killing a man in front of a home in East Patchogue.
Police say Malik Roberts was arrested Tuesday afternoon.
He's accused of killing Tyrell Smith, of Shirley, last week in East Patchogue.

Smith's body was found in front of a home on Taylor Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Roberts is charged with second-degree murder.
