A Queens man took pictures of a woman undressing in the changing room at American Apparel in the Roosevelt Field mall, according to authorities.
Investigators say Troy Gibbons-Blair, a 31-year-old father from Queens, first approached a woman and made a lewd comment before heading to the dressing rooms. He then allegedly put his cellphone over the wall to photograph a woman undressing.
Police say the victim realized that she was being photographed and demanded his cellphone. She claims she then saw pictures of herself in her bra in his deleted folder.
Gibbons-Blair on Friday pleaded not guilty in court. Prosecutors say this is the first time he's ever been arrested.
His bail was set at $1,000 cash.
