A crash involving an ambulance Saturday night in Miller Place left a 41-year-old man with serious injuries.
The incident occurred on the corner of Parkside Avenue and 25A at around 6:30 p.m., according to authorities.
Police say Matthew Goff attempted to turn onto Parkside Avenue when he collided with the ambulance. He was hospitalized with serious injuries.
Authorities say two employees in the ambulance were hospitalized for injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
