Police are searching for a man who robbed a Subway restaurant in Franklin Square at gunpoint Monday night.
They say the suspect walked into the restaurant on Franklin Avenue just after 8 p.m.
Police say he pointed a small handgun at a customer and forced her to go behind the counter.
They say the man made the employee open the register before taking off with cash.
Police say he was wearing gloves, a black-rimmed hat and a stocking over his face.
