Police: Man fatally stabbed mom's boyfriend

Police say a Holbrook man fatally stabbed his mother's boyfriend in her home on Halloween. The incident occurred at 700 Portion Road at around 6 p.m. Saturday. Police arrested Rakien Hall Sunday
