Police say a Holbrook man fatally stabbed his mother's boyfriend in her home on Halloween.
The incident occurred at 700 Portion Road at around 6 p.m. Saturday.
Police arrested Rakien Hall Sunday morning on a charge of first-degree manslaughter.
Hall allegedly stabbed his mother's boyfriend Oscar Green, 47, in the neck.
He pleaded not guilty Monday before a judge set bail at $1.5 million.
