An investigation is underway after a man exposed himself outside Eagle Elementary School in Medford on two separate occasions.

Suffolk police say that the two instances occurred on Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 29.

Patchogue-Medford Union Free School District Superintendent Lori Cannetti wrote in a letter to parents that a “district rover” saw a man engaging in inappropriate behavior on school grounds and directed him to leave the property.

Cannettii wrote that the district launched an investigation and looked at security videos of the incident. She said police were then called.

The safety and security of our school community remain our highest priority. Additional security will be in place at Eagle Elementary School this weekend. Please report any suspicious activity that may be related to this incident to the Suffolk County Police Department,” she wrote.

Anyone with any information about these incidents is urged to call the police.
