A Riverhead farmer is facing felony charges after a dispute at a party early Sunday morning.
Police say 60-year-old Todd Wells got behind the wheel of a tractor after a dispute with another person around 12:30 a.m. Sunday and drove the tractor into a party tent.
Authorities say Wells and his family operate Wells Farm on Sound Avenue that also serves as a venue for parties.
The incident happened during a 15-year-old's birthday party. No one was hurt.
The incident caught on video was sent to News 12 Long Island by a guest at the event.
Neighbors say they didn't hear anything and were stunned by the video.
Wells was charged with reckless endangerment in the first degree
Neighbors say the farm has been in the Wells family since the 1600s and is usually a peaceful venue for people to celebrate.
