A man is accused of driving drunk on Hempstead Turnpike with a 3-year-old in his car.
Police say Segundo Tenecela, of Westchester County, rear-ended another vehicle that was stopped at a light Saturday night on Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont.
Tenecela, 46, is facing a slew of charges, including child endangerment and aggregated DWI.
The child was released into the custody of parents, police say.
