A man has been arrested and charged in connection to a fatal shooting in Hempstead, police say.

According to police, Milton Allen was one of those responsible for shooting two women back in April on Polk Avenue. One of the shooting victims later died.

Oumar Barry, 27, and a 16-year-old are also facing murder charges in connection to the case.
