Police: Man arrested in death of woman whose body was found in Manorville

Police say an arrest has been made in the death of a woman whose
body was found in July in Manorville.
The body was found by a jogger in a wooded area on July 30.
Police say they have arrested and charged Faustino Marquez-Cruz,
of Manorville, with second degree murder.
According to police, Marquez-Cruz is responsible for the
strangulation death of 37-year-old Carmelina Velasquez-Zhau.
Detectives say the two lived together, but they are not giving a
motive for the killing.
Marquez-Cruz is expected to face a judge sometime today.
