A Huntington Station man is facing a DWI charge in a crash that killed his passenger in West Hills, police say.
Leo Flores Gracias, 26, was driving north on Sweet Hollow Road Tuesday night when he crossed into the southbound lanes, hitting a Toyota Prius head-on, according to police.
Marlon Nunez, 23, was rushed to the hospital but could not be saved.
Two other passengers in Gracias’ car and the driver of the Prius are expected to be OK.
