A man is accused of driving drunk in Valley Stream Sunday night.

Officers were called to the King Kullen parking lot on Merrick Avenue after a collision.

Christian Moliere was sitting in a Lexus that was involved in the crash.

News 12 is told the Queens man had alcohol on his breath and was slurring his speech.

Police say they found Moliere's 12-year-old nephew in the car with him.

The child was not hurt.
