In a story you'll see only on News 12 Long Island, Nassau County police have confirmed their Bias Crimes Unit is investigating after a woman claims she got a bias note delivered with her lunch order.

Ana Sol Bautista says she ordered lunch from Ville Monte in Old Bethpage. When she told them they got her order wrong, she claims they sent her a new lunch with a note inside reading "This is America, speak engles idiota."

Bautista says she called the restaurant to complain, then called police. Local residents say they're disgusted by the note, with one person calling it "disgraceful."

Ville Monte staff refused to comment on the incident.
