Police say a man barged into a Copiague woman's home and started rifling through her family's belongings Tuesday night.
Shondra Lloyd says the incident took place at her Edmunds Place home at around 5:20 p.m.
She says she heard a knock on the door and asked who was there, but received no answer. When she peered outside through a window to get a look at the man, she says he walked into the home and started to go through some her belongings.
Lloyd says the suspect got away with her pocketbook, cash, credit cards and her Social Security number.
Police say the suspect is a thin black man in his 20s who may have a lazy right eye.
