Police have identified the man killed in a suspected Long Beach road rage incident as Ian Sharinn, of Long Beach.
Investigators say Sharinn was struck by 22-year-old Evan Potts after the two exchanged words. According to police, Sharinn got out of his car after the verbal exchange and was hit by Potts.
Potts has been charged with second-degree manslaughter.
