Police ID remains recovered from woods as Uniondale 18-year-old

Police have identified the remains recovered from Massapequa Preserve last month as belonging to 18-year-old Bryan Steven Cho Lemus, of Uniondale.

UPDATE: Cops say the have arrested the person behind the MS-13 murder of a teen found dead in Massapequa Preserve. The name is expected to be released during a press conference at 10:30 a.m.
Police have identified the remains recovered from Massapequa Preserve last month as belonging to 18-year-old Bryan Steven Cho Lemus, of Uniondale.
Investigators believe he was killed by MS-13 gang members more than two years ago. They say Lemus' body was found about 100 feet away from another set of remains unearthed in 2017.
Lemus' killer has not been found.
