Police say a woman who was killed in an East Northport crash has been identified.

Officials say Ashley DiBartolomeo crashed into a Toyota Tacoma driving eastbound on Pulaski Road on Sept. 20 while making a left turn.

The 22-year-old was administered first aid at the scene before being taken to Huntington Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The driver of the Tacoma, David Rivera, was also taken to the hospital for minor injuries.

Suffolk police are asking anyone with information about the crash to contact the Suffolk County Police Department Second Squad at 631-854-8252.
