A 63-year-old gas station worker accused of forcibly touching a teen girl Friday in New Hyde Park is facing numerous charges, according to police.

Authorities say Pankajkumar M. Shah, of Syosset, inappropriately grabbed the 16-year-old just before 3:30 p.m. at the Valero station.

The girl left the location immediately and reported the incident to police. The suspect was apprehended without incident.

The charges against him include forcible touching, sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child.
