Cops say they caught an East Meadow woman trying to torch her ex-boyfriend's house Thursday night.
Police say they found Jane Navarro inside the home on Bretton Road in Garden City Park dousing a chair with lighter fluid and setting it on fire.
When police tried to stop Navarro, she allegedly threatened them with a pair of scissors and bit one of the officers.
