Police: Ex-boyfriend stabs man 4 times during dispute at Oyster Bay Cove home
Police say Matthew Nickerson drove to the home of his ex-girlfriend house on Split Rock Road in Oyster Bay Cove and got into an altercation with a 24-year-old male at the residence.

A Fort Salonga man faced a Nassau County judge following the stabbing of a man during a dispute Saturday evening.
Police say Matthew Nickerson drove to the home of his ex-girlfriend house on Split Rock Road in Oyster Bay Cove and got into an altercation with a 24-year-old male at the residence.
Authorities say Nickerson stabbed the man four times in the chest with a box cutter and then ran off.
The victim was taken to a hospital where he is currently listed in stable condition.
Nickerson was arrested and charged with felony assault. He is due back in court on March 26.
