Police say an East Northport man was found dead in his backyard swimming pool.

They say Lewis Conte was found unresponsive in the water at his home on Franconcia Road around 4:30 p.m. Saturday. 

The 63-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392.
