A Far Rockaway father is accused of driving drunk with his four young sons in the car, including a 2-week-old infant.
Police say 28-year-old Miguel Quezada was stopped and arrested early Monday morning on Burnside Avenue in Inwood, less than 2 miles from his apartment.
The infant and Quezada's other sons, ages 2, 3 and 8, were unharmed. Police say the boys' 26-year-old mother was also in the car. An officer drove her and the children home after the incident.
Police say Quezada refused to take a Breathalyzer test. He is charged under Leandra's Law with four counts of aggravated DWI and with four counts of child endangerment.
Quezada was arraigned Monday and was ordered held on $20,000 bail.
