Police say a Floral Park father was driving drunk with his 1-year-old in the car when he crashed Monday night.
Hardikkumar Patel is facing felony DWI charges under Leandra's Law after the crash on Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park.
No one was injured in the crash.
