A van slammed into a police cruiser in South Farmingdale Friday night, officials say.

An alleged drunk driver who slammed into a police cruiser Friday night was arraigned and released without bail Saturday.
Police say Raymond Matos, 65, was driving drunk on Country Court and Merritts Road just after 8 p.m.
His vehicle then struck a police cruiser and then a pole.
The officer was not seriously injured.
