Police announced Sunday that a car crash in Commack that killed a woman and injured her two brothers was not criminal.
News 12 Long Island reported the family members were struck by a minivan while they were out for a jog on Harned Road last week.
Ilona Kaydanov, 22, died at the hospital.
Police say the 44-year-old driver stayed at the scene.
