Inmar Escalante Diaz pleaded not guilty to six charges in a Suffolk County courtroom Wednesday.
He faces three counts of public lewdness and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Court documents say the 19-year-old exposed himself to three teens on three separate occasions.
Investigators say he exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl in Brentwood on Oct. 5, a 16-year-old in Brentwood on Oct. 19, and a 16-year-old in Bay Shore Tuesday.
Police say on at least one occasion, he asked one of the victims if they wanted a ride to school.
A judge placed him on supervised release and ordered him to stay away from the victims.
He's due back in court on Nov. 27.
