Police: Barber shop shooting suspect in custody

A Bay Shore man is in police custody after he allegedly shot a man at a barber shop. Officials say James Nicholson shot a 30-year-old man inside Headfellas Barber Shop on Union Boulevard Thursday.

A Bay Shore man is in police custody after he allegedly shot a man at a barber shop.
Officials say James Nicholson shot a 30-year-old man inside Headfellas Barber Shop on Union Boulevard Thursday.
The victim was hit twice in the abdomen and collapsed outside.
He was rushed to the hospital where he remains in critical condition.
Nicholson is facing assault charges.
