Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man with a cognitive disorder from Freeport.
Fernando Morales-Cardona was last seen leaving his home around 11 a.m. Sunday, when he left for his daily walk.
The Freeport man only speaks Spanish and may be walking in the Freeport area.
He is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 150 pounds with gray hair and unshaven.
Morales-Cardona was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with “Navy” written on the front and the number “3” written on the back, blue jeans and beige shorts.
