A Brooklyn man has been arrested for allegedly shipping marijuana to a stranger's address in Bethpage.
Police say a resident observed Bryan Scott, 30, collecting packages from a home on Carson Street.
One neighbor called the police and when another package arrived gave it to detectives.
Police say inside the package was 15 pounds of marijuana.
