An Oyster Bay man was arrested for allegedly stealing a teenager's wallet inside an ice cream shop.
Police say Patrick Allen grabbed the 18-year-old's wallet just as she was about to pay at the Carvel on Audrey Avenue Friday night.
Allen allegedly took off and unsuccessfully tried to steal the purse from a woman walking nearby.
