More than a dozen people say they were forced to strip by five armed men who robbed them at a coffee shop in Lynbrook Thursday morning.
Police say five men armed with handguns, a machete and a Taser stormed into the Grand Caffe espresso shop after midnight. They say half of the 28 patrons inside were ordered to take off their clothes, while the other half was tied up and ordered to turn over their cell phones, cash and jewelry.
When one victim didn't comply police say he was Tasered.
Police are releasing very few details about the case and are asking anyone with information to call Nassau Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
