Eight people, including four children, were hospitalized Monday following a Lindenhurst crash involving a school bus, police say.
They say a sedan struck the bus after running a red light at the intersection of Sunrise Highway and North Delaware Avenue at around 5 p.m.
All those injured are expected to recover.
Police say the driver of the sedan will be issued summonses.
